Reflecting on the past, Rohit shared that during the era when multiplexes were emerging and action films were scarce, ‘Wanted’ stood out as a groundbreaking mass entertainer. He credits this film with influencing his decision to start the ‘Singham’ franchise. “I’ll tell you what. I made ‘Singham’ because of ‘Wanted’. That was a phase when multiplexes came in,” Rohit stated.
